PI FOR RESILIENCE

We haven't met an organisation yet that sets goals and expectations for this year that are easier to achieve than the prior year's. Team members are expected to respond to sustained high level expectations while simultaneously dealing with increased changes and challenges in the business environment. This programme prepares delegates to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive and high stakes environment (far more than stress management) – utilising the power of Physical Intelligence to build strength, flexibility, resilience and endurance.

 

Learning Objectives

 

Delegates will:

  • Learn how to manage their physiology to sustain the emotional and mental strength required for clarity of thought, planning and decision making, high levels of energy and motivation, positivity and delivery against goals

  • Develop the flexibility required to establish and strengthen significant internal and external relationships and maintain productivity in a demanding and fast changing work environment

  • Understand and apply resilience techniques and processes to diffuse conflict and achieve maximum collaboration/results

  • Prepare and rehearse strategies to build capacity and endurance for long term success
